About

Swim indoors as it snows outside. Copper Pine Lodge is a brand-new 2026 Gatlinburg lodge built around a private heated indoor pool — so your Smoky Mountain trip works in January as well as July. 4 king size bedrooms with 2 full bunks + twin + 2 additional twin conversion chairs). 6 baths mean families share a roof, not a bathroom. 3 minutes to the Parkway, 5 to Anakeesta, 14 to the National Park. When mountain weather changes plans, the pool, the gameroom, and the fireplace are all right here.

Good to know

The pool is the whole point. Copper Pine Lodge is centered around a private, fully enclosed, heated indoor pool—your group’s own place to swim in every season. It is not a hot tub and not a seasonal outdoor pool: it is a year-round, weather-proof amenity for morning swims, post-hike resets, rainy-day entertainment, and the kind of vacation detail kids will talk about long after checkout. Your Smoky Mountain day, your way. Start with a swim, then head out to the Gatlinburg Parkway in about 3 minutes, Anakeesta in about 5 minutes, Ober Mountain in about 9 minutes, or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park visitor entrance in about 14 minutes. Come home for dinner around the table, a round of pool, a soak in the hot tub, and an evening by the fire. Drive times are approximate and can vary with traffic, weather, road conditions, and seasonal visitation. Built for mutliple families—not one crowded cabin. Copper Pine Lodge is a newly built 2026 lodge designed for groups to share a home without sacrificing privacy. This home offers five bedrooms / four bedrooms with king beds plus bunk room], six bathrooms, four king beds, a full-size bunk setup, a twin trundle, and two twin conversion chairs. That means real sleeping options, easier bedtime logistics, and far less waiting in line for a shower. A great room everyone fits in. The open living, kitchen, and dining area creates a natural center for your trip—whether that means a big breakfast before hiking, a slow afternoon while it rains, or a Thanksgiving-style meal around the table. A fireplace, comfortable seating, and room for the full group make this the place where everyone can actually gather. The game loft keeps the trip going. Pool table, shuffleboard, TV/streaming, and a multi-game arcade, create a dedicated hangout space for teens, kids, and the competitive adults in the group. When weather changes plans—as it often can in the Smokies—the indoor pool, game loft, and fireplace keep the day from feeling like a backup plan. Outdoor time, covered. Two covered decks and a front porch create space for both together-time and quiet time: morning coffee in a rocking chair, charcoal grill for those that prefer to cook outdoors, conversation by the gas outdoor fireplace, or a hot-tub soak after a full day in Gatlinburg. A real kitchen. Full-size appliances, room for two cooks, and stocked for actual cooking — not a vacation-rental kitchen with four forks and one pan. Place settings, glassware, and flatware for every guest in the house, so a holiday dinner happens in one sitting instead of two shifts. Full cookware and bakeware, sharp knives, mixing bowls, serving platters and bowls for putting a real meal on the table, and a blender. The coffee nook. Not a four-cup drip machine shoved in a corner. A dedicated coffee bar with an espresso maker, a grinder and whole beans so every cup is ground fresh, Moccamaster brewer for the people who just want a big mug on the deck, and a proper tea selection for everyone else. Whoever wakes up first has everything they need — and nobody has to drive into town before they have had a decent cup. Brand new, and it shows. Completed in 2026, Copper Pine Lodge features new mattresses, linens, appliances, HVAC, furnishings, and finishes. You will be among the first guests to make it part of your Smoky Mountain tradition. Close to the action, peaceful at night. You are close enough to make Gatlinburg dining and attractions easy, while returning to a wooded mountain setting at the end of the day. Seasonal mountain views through the trees are best from late fall through early spring after the leaves are down. Hosted by Godspeed Stays, Copper Pine Lodge is made for multi-family vacations, milestone weekends, special weddings, experiencing the Gatlinburg year-round events, and Smoky Mountain traditions in the making.

Other Details to Note

The entire home is yours — every bedroom, both decks, the game loft, and the pool. No shared spaces, no other guests on the property. A few small owner's closets around the house stay locked; everything else is open to you. Self check-in with a smart lock. Your code and detailed directions arrive 24 hours before you travel. There is no front desk, no key pickup, and nobody will knock on your door during your stay. Parking for 4-5 vehicles on site. We are Jason and Jenny, and we own and run Copper Pine Lodge ourselves under Godspeed Stays — no property management company, no call center. Message us any time during your stay and you are reaching us directly. We usually reply within the hour. The pool. Heated and fully enclosed, but it is a pool in a private home — there is no lifeguard, and children must be supervised at all times. Depth is 4-4.5' throughout & we aim to keep it at 78°F to 82°F. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The drive. Mountain roads in Sevier County can ice over between December and March. We do not offer weather refunds, so please plan accordingly and consider travel insurance for winter stays. While we are only a few minutes off of the parkway, the road does rise quite steeply at points and does have some sharp turns. 4WD is recommended during inclement weather. Occupancy is a hard limit. The home is permitted for up to 14 overnight guests, and that number includes children and infants. This is a city fire-code requirement, not a preference — we cannot make exceptions, and unregistered guests are grounds for cancellation without refund. No parties or events. This is a family home in a residential area. We use a noise-monitoring device in the common areas — it measures decibel levels only, never records audio, and there are no cameras anywhere inside the home. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Seasonal views. The mountain view is best from roughly November through April, when the trees are bare. In summer you are surrounded by green, which is its own thing, but we would rather tell you now than have you arrive expecting a ridge line. Pets are not allowed at Copper Pine Lodge. Having pets on the premise are grounds for cancellation without refund & subject to additional fees. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am (unless negotiated otherwise). We are an owner-operator with one turnover crew, and we hold those times firmly so the home is genuinely clean for the family arriving after you.
